Why a follow-up matters
As injected product settles over the first one to three weeks, facial movement and individual anatomy reveal the final effect. The follow-up window of 10–21 days is when we can accurately assess symmetry, softness of lines, and whether small adjustments will refine the outcome without guessing during early settling.
Not every area can be completely changed at a touch-up; prior dosing and how muscles respond set practical limits. During the visit we discuss trade-offs—for example, more relaxation versus maintaining natural movement—and outline whether a small additional dose could address unevenness or if longer-term planning is preferable.
What happens during visit
Your follow-up visit is a focused review: we check the areas treated, compare movement at rest and in animation, and review any concerns you reported after the initial appointment. The visit is scheduled for 30 MINUTES and the touch-up is complimentary, listed at $0, so most clients fit it into a busy morning or lunch break.
The clinician documents results with notes and may perform focused adjustments where appropriate. We also evaluate for expected bruising or tenderness and answer questions about recovery and activity. There is no additional charge during this complimentary check; treatments requiring a different plan would be discussed before any changes.
Timing and local planning
Schedule your follow-up within the 10–21 day window recommended after injections so the settling phase is complete. Scottsdale clients often book around morning hikes, golf tee times, or school drop-off schedules; the quick visit length makes it practical for busy outdoor- and wellness-oriented routines common in the McDowell Mountain Ranch area.
Parking and quick access off the Loop 101 make short appointments convenient for commuters traveling between Scottsdale and Phoenix. We serve Scottsdale, Fountain Hills, Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa and Paradise Valley, so many guests combine this complimentary touch-up with other plans at nearby trails, golf courses, or shopping districts.
